REFUND & CANCELLATION



At Hypatholabs, we strive to provide the highest quality of diagnostic services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Test bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled sample collection time.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team via phone or email with your booking ID and details.
  • Tests cancelled after the sample has been collected are eligible for cancellation as per company policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations or service failures on the part of Hypatholabs.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No refund will be provided for tests already processed or partially processed.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your test at least 6 hours in advance.
